The Technical Apprentice will join an engineering team involved in the design, build and integration of labelling systems into packaging lines.
The successful candidate will follow a training and development plan which will equip them for a multi skilled role:
The role will be based in our Crewe offices. Working in a small team there will be opportunity to become involved in other Technical areas including electrical/mechanical design, 5S implementation, thermal printer repairs, PLC programming. - Carry out the high-quality assembly, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment/ machinery on customer sites
- Develop expertise in industrial labelling equipment to provide comprehensive support to customers during and post installation
- Conduct comprehensive equipment testing prior to despatchThe successful applicant will work towards a BTEC level 2/3 in engineering over a 24 to 48 month period on a part time college/training centre basis
