Experience in managing technology projects

About the role and company
Your best stakeholder management skills are required for this super exciting project management role. You'll join a crack team for a relatively small but rapidly growing software reseller and solutions provider known for layering serious expertise and know-how on top of salesforce solutions that deliver significant benefits for international clients.
You'll coordinate and manage small software projects that will involve software customisation and implementation. You'll pull together the best expertise / internal teams to deliver the best possible solution and customer experience. This will involve you managing project milestones, budgets and working with the project team which includes a technical architect, pre-sales consultant, business analysts, software developers and testing.
This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager who has experience in managing software implementation projects, ideally with a couple of years of project management experience.
What you'll be doing in the next few months and years
Manage projects through their full life cycle from discovery to deployment.
Drive projects using Agile, waterfall or mixed approaches as appropriate.
Continuously manage stakeholder and internal team expectations.
Proactively manage client relationships
Lead and motivate a multi-discipline team to deliver each project in accordance to brief, to deadline and within the agreed budget.
Identify the relevant resource required to successfully deliver each project and secure their time within the production schedule.
Set up and maintain project governance throughout a project in order to manage assumptions, project risks & issues effectively and in accordance with the escalation process
Ensure timesheets for projects are complete.
Work with the wider team to pull together time estimates, project plans and quotes for upcoming projects (in-pre sales)
Create and communicate relevant project plans and associated estimates to the client
When managing multiple projects for the same account, support the sales consultant to drive customer engagement and satisfaction with the delivery of client roadmaps, including estimates & planning along with providing general support for the management of the account.
Build and maintain excellent internal relationships
Effectively handle change management through to testing and delivery
Keep the Salesforce job tracking system up to date
Organise post-project reviews to analyse best practices/issues for rectification/learnings/case study material
Work within a Project Management team where you'll support team goals and contribute to continuous improvement

The role can be based from the Nottingham office headquarters, be part or fully remote. The choice of work is completely up to you. Salary from GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 plus benefits depending on experience.
