Our highly successful Training client in Cardiff are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join their busy Sales division.
In this key position you will build, lead, and direct a motivated Employer Engagement Team to plan and accomplish strategic sales goals in apprenticeship contract starts, placements and employment targets.
Responsible for expanding and maintaining key accounts, new business, developing and maximising key stakeholder relationships to capitalise on new opportunities for the business.
You will work closely with the Senior Management Team on implementing strategic plans and operational goals.
Monitoring the achievement of monthly KPI's against individual contract KPI's.
Forecasting, and monitoring income against agreed budget profiles.
Developing new business relationships with employers and stakeholders to promote the full range of training and employability solutions.
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key employers, developing new business leads, identifying opportunities for effective promotion of all Programmes.
Building and managing a strong prospect pipeline: identifying, developing, and securing employer partnerships with substantial long-term potential.
Supporting employers across Wales as the first point of contact to deliver effective account management and maximise business opportunities.
Engagement with the Marketing department to execute campaigns, contribute to Social Media activity and attend external events.
On-going development of an employer engagement strategy, focusing on new business development.
Planning and attending relevant networking events to promote the business.
Accountable for engaging with SMT colleagues about overall strategic direction and lead in providing expertise regarding the development of employer engagement strategy.
Responsible for providing support to team members to ensure their continued development and effectiveness, including identification of any training required.The Person:
