The right candidate will be a driven English Graduate who has a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal English Graduate should be able to convey hard to understand concepts and ideas in a direct, comprehensible way. The Headteacher wants to recruit an English Graduate with a desire to learn and develop their teaching skills in this school and dedicate themselves to a career in teaching.

The chosen English Graduate will be tasked with helping to raise attainment in the English department throughout KS3 - KS5. As such you will be leading intervention classes, both one-to-one with individual pupils and with small groups of both low and high achievers to ensure maximum progress is made by all. The selected English Graduate will also be entrusted with leading whole classes in the absence of the teacher.

This Ealing school is famed within the borough for its history of academic success. This, along with its inclusive approach to education where all pupils are expected to make progress, has resulted in the school achieving the coveted 'Outstanding' OFSTED status.
