This is a vacancy joining an industry-leading service supplier, who will provide personalised modular-style training and access to ongoing career development for their new hire.

The business are internationally successful, with offices on 3 continents ( and there is opportunity to travel / relocate!)

Fantastic, Large Tunbridge Wells offices - Used on a 3 day / 2 day home/office working split.

As a an Account Manager with this company, following completion of training, you will take on a portfolio of UK and international clients, with the objective of managing and developing client relationships through exceptional service delivery.

This will require by taking time understand customer needs, and learning to exhibit excellent industry insight in order to present and close a tailored solution to their need, and then provide ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction. There will also be involvement with cross selling and converting incoming recommendations and referral enquiries.

GBP20,000 Base Salary. OTE Y1 GBP35,000 if basic targets are met. Top earners earn GBP50,000+ in y1.

Monday - Friday role

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate, or come with some account management/sales experience.

You should be a credible and charismatic communicator, who takes a proactive approach. You will need to be able to identify and present appropriate solutions to client needs, and to develop professional relationships within a commercial environment; the role also requires high levels of ambition and motivation, both to beat targets and earn highly, but also to learn technical aspects of their industry niche.
