We are looking to recruit two Cancer Performance Service Managers, one at based Singleton Hospital and one at Morriston Hospital, who will work as part of a team responsible for improved cancer performance and information. The post holders will support both managers and staff to ensure their work stream of activities are planned, prioritised and managed effectively and will take lead responsibility for accurate, up to date cancer performance information from their relevant areas.

The post holders will provide advice on collection, extraction, interpretation and presentation of cancer performance data, supporting Service Groups in monitoring and tracking cancer patients, utilising Cancer Tracker and Cancer Dashboard to demonstrate performance and patient care.

To line manage the Cancer Trackers and MDT Co-Ordinators within their Service Group on a day-to-day basis. To ensure that the cancer tracker systems are accurate, complete and up to date in order to be analysed by the Cancer Information Team and reports to be submitted are of a high standard.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
