The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is pleased to invite applications for the post of Information Analyst within the Patient Safety Team.

The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, approachable and dynamic. Work well independently and part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will provide information and analytical support to Patient Safety and Quality Department and the wider organisation, through the development and support of a suite of regular reports, analyses, and databases.

The post holder will be required to contribute as part of a team led by the Clinical Governance Analyst to provide analytical and technical support to multiple RL DATIX Cloud IQ modules as the Once for Wales Concerns Management System rolls out in Cardiff and Vale UHB.

The post holder will provide support and development on other developing information needs around complex projects such as COVID investigations and related statistics, developing bespoke data collection, analysis, and reporting tools and utilising other data sources.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
