Role: Assistant Learning and Organisational Development Facilitator

Salary: Band 5 x 2 posts

Hours: 1 x 37.5 hours per week permanent

1 x 22.5 hours per week 18m FTC

Do you have a passion for supporting the Trust and others in providing exceptional care to patients?

Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join the busy Learning and Organisational Development Team as an Assistant Learning and Organisational Development Facilitator

You will be required to support senior management with the delivery of the apprenticeship strategy, and the wider work based learning agenda.

The role requires an individual who is experienced in the support of apprenticeships, and work based learning, including the apprenticeship levy, liaising with external stakeholders, delivery of a work based learning programme, for example work experience, and other related projects in a large organisation. This work will also involve the use of digital systems and social media to evaluate and promote apprenticeships and work based learning.

Demonstrable experience of and competence in prioritisation with ability to manage multiple strands of work is also required for these posts.
