The Job

You will provide on-going support to the expanding Equity & Inclusion team, including end-to-end project delivery and presentation preparation, working alongside various teams to build WarnerMedia’s reputation as a D&I leader across the industry.



The Daily

  • Assisting with training, mentoring, and recruiting programs.

  • Assist with the execution of all D&I events, meetings, and projects (panel discussions, summits, conferences, professional development programming, etc.)

  • Travel coordination, creating marketing materials and ordering food and refreshments.

  • Provide ad hoc support to the E&I team, including the Senior Vice President, Directors, Coordinator, Project Manager and Executive Assistant, keeping tight communication with the team regarding progress within the D&I programs.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ideally Teams and Sharepoint (although these can be taught)



Please note: our apprenticeship opportunities are designed to be an alternative to university; therefore, we will not consider graduates for these roles.
