Job Details

We are recruiting for a Graduate / Assistant Building surveyor to join an award-winning multi-discipline property consultancy operating across England. Based in the Leeds office you will gain project experience in a variety of sectors including both commercial and public sector frameworks.

Sectors they specialise in are Education, Health and Commercial, with a good 50/50 split of project and professional work. The mixed work they offer is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to push through their APC.

This is a full-time permanent position to join a growing consultancy that have been developing and growing year on year. The role would require you to perform duties as a Building Surveyor covering contract admin, spec writing, project management, dilaps, party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis.

We are ideally looking for somebody wined 1-year experience in a consultancy environment having completed a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying - 2:1 or above. We are keen to employ somebody has the drive to develop professionally and aspirations to progress to more senior levels of the business in their career.

This opportunity will offer some of the best APC support in the industry to get your MRICS chartership and set out progression plan in order to progress to more senior positions in your career.
