The candidate will do basic food prep, cooking to time deadlines, Breakfast, lunch. They will also help to serve the customers on the counter, adhering to all Food Hygiene Requirements. They will be trained in the use of all kitchen equipment. They will learn to use the till, and card machine. On the vending side of the operations they will learn how to fill, clean, and maintain various types of vending machines, i.e. can, bottle, confectionary and hot beverages.

If successful you will cover all aspects of the day to day operations in a busy canteen environment, i.e., basic cooking, serving customers, till work, washing up, vending services and some computer office work.
