A well-established and leading Food Manufacturing company based in the Grimsby area is looking for a Graduate Customer Demand Analyst to join the business. Working as part of a team this is an excellent opportunity for either a Graduate or an experienced Customer Demand Analyst to join a company which has experienced a lot of growth over recent years and has plenty of investment plans going forward.

In the Customer Demand Analyst position, you will be responsible for;

To provide excellent service for specific frozen retail customers
Management of timely and accurate order processing
Primary daily point of contact for retailer supply chain contacts and internal business manager
Interpret customer intelligence to provide the best possible view of short term future sales
Support great service through proactive problem solving and identifying opportunities
Support Demand planner to create accurate forecasting on Sofco Demand

In return, the successful Customer Demand Analyst will be part of a business that continues to go from strength to strength. Salary GBP24,000 - GBP27,000k. The role may also suit a Graduate with a Business related or relevant degree

Experience in demand planning
A Graduate with a business related or relevant degree
Ideally from a food background or any FMCG/large manufacturing experience
Frozen Supply Chain customer service experience
A strong influencer, with excellent analytical and report writing skills
Flexible approach with some weekend & Bank Holiday responsibility
Experience with SAP
