Job Details

Graduate Web Designer with HTML, CSS, Illustrator required to join European Software Provider in SE London. This is a relaxed, friendly, supportive and enjoyable working environment with a casual dress code, great social area including table football, ping pong, air hockey. Offering 25 days holiday, Pension, Bupa & Flexible working hours.

We are looking for someone with outstanding design skills and a good understanding of HTML, CSS, UI & Adobe Illustrator along with a minimum 2:1 Degree and excellent A 'Levels.

Understanding of UI/UX, JavaScript; Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Experience Designer/other prototyping software advantageous.

You will play a key role in designing new product functionality. Responsible for the following:

* Translating requirements into intuitive user flows and screen layouts

* Creating wire-frames, mockups, icons and prototypes as needed

* Championing the user's perspective by recommending product usability enhancements

* Working with developers to implement designs in HTML and CSS

There is an opportunity for the role to progress into UX (User Experience). This will involve working with customers to identify usability issues, making suggestions for the improvement and evolution of the product, and conducting usability testing on prototypes. My client are a growing company, they pride themselves on investing in their staff, keeping up to date with technologies and offering flexible working hours.

Currently WFH but you will be required to work from the office 2/3 days a week once restrictions lifted. Therefore, you will NOT have to commute to Central London every day.
