Are you looking to get your Administration Career started? We are looking for an Administration Apprentice to join our team!

We are looking for someone to work as an apprentice administrator as a member of a multi-disciplinary team who assess and manage a caseload of patients with varied complex and social needs.

The post holder will work as part of the Integrated Network Team within the North and West Bristol Locality providing support to clinicians in a wide range of tasks. You will also be required to work across both our network offices, based in our coordination centre in Horfield Health Centre, Shirehampton Health Centre and NBICC (North Bristol Intermediate Care Centre).

We are multi-professional teams consisting of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Support Workers, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Administrators. Our remit is to care for patients in the community. Community staff work in people's homes, in primary care settings, care homes and clinics. We also prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and facilitate early hospital discharge. Our patients are often acutely unwell and we see many complex patients in the community. The pace is fast moving, with a diverse clinical in the North and West part of the city.

You will work in a supportive environment where colleagues work alongside you to provide a really exciting and high quality service. There will be a range of administrative tasks required which will support you in working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Support from other admin colleagues in the locality will be readily available and happy to help you learn your way.

Having the right attitude, work ethic and commitment to your education as well as your employment are essential requirements to this role.

As the successful apprentice you will undertake an Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration to include an NVQ, Technical Certificate, Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (where applicable), Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR) and Personal Learning & Thinking Skills (PLTS).

Our Apprenticeship programmes are designed around a mix of on-the-job training and off-the-job learning, some of which may be classroom based.

The services we provide are across 7 days a week (weekends are on a rota basis), between 8am and 8pm and we are looking for the administrative post to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
