Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

Throughout ALEX the balance of tailored learning, practical experience and qualification provision will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to start a long, valued and successful career.
Working within the Auto Windscreens Contact Centre, based in Chesterfield, these roles will be key in providing a first point of contact to all our new and existing customers.
The role will primarily be to provide a first point of contact for all calls and E-contacts coming into the group contact centre across the four main business streams, you would be expected to deliver the highest possible standard of customer service while demonstrating a calm, polite and confident telephone manner and adhering to all company procedures.
You will be trained to be up skilled in the different departments involved throughout Auto Windscreens Supporting you to improve your knowledge in the wider business area. you will be responsible for dealing with all inbound calls in accordance with their individual requirements while achieving the relevant service levels. In addition, day visits to other departments for further development and learning will be available.

Who should apply???
Preferably anyone with GCSE grades 4 and above in Maths and English. No age restrictions.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A positive attitude towards learning and work.
* A good track record of attendance and in being punctual.
* The desire to succeed even when you feel challenged.
* A good level of verbal and numerical skills.
What hours will I work???
Daily working hours are from 09:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
What happens when I complete my apprenticeship???
You can continue with your professional development through our internal Markerstudy University, move into a full-time role, if available and gain a salary increase
