Eurocell Recycling Midland know that people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be growing our team further, as we have an urgent requirement for an Apprentice Administrator to support the Recycling Administration team, carrying out a range of administrative procedures which support the delivery of recycled materials as part of the vertical market within the business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen Apprentice to learn about administrative processes and provide support to the busy sales and operations functions within Eurocell Recycling - Midlands.
You will be assisting with all elements of an Admin role; general Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Email), answering the phones, taking messages, data input, ordering stationery, booking hotels and liaising with suppliers and customers.
DUTIES INCLUDE (Training Provided):

Responding to incoming customer enquiries, both via telephone and email
Liaise with team members on delivery dates
Liaise with internal teams, regarding deadlines providing high degree of accuracy
Liaise with suppliers regarding any discrepancies
Communicating with customers and suppliers as necessary
Working towards Level 3 Business Administration qualificationKEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Written and verbal communication skills
Good telephone manner
Work well as a team member
Good organisation skills
Attention to detail
Willingness and ability to learn new skills
