Are you looking to develop your skills in working with adults and children in a range of settings? Are you looking to become part of an established, friendly and forward-thinking team?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our enthusiastic team of Podiatrists in community and primary care settings supported by an excellent clerical team. The post is predominately based at the Ironstone Centre in Scunthorpe with some clinics in the community making it a place to broaden your practice as a Band 6 Podiatrist.

This position will offer excellent opportunities to work in areas such as diabetes, biomechanics, wound care as well as nail surgery. You may also have the chance to work across the trust, including at Scunthorpe General Hospital.

The post holder will be an essential team member within the service, working alongside Podiatrists and the wider multidisciplinary team and encouraged to participate in service development. You will receive ongoing informal and structured support from your senior colleagues, including regular clinical supervision. There will also be opportunities to train other healthcare professionals and patients/carers. You will be actively involved in student training with support to develop clinical supervisory skills.

Being a car driver is essential for this post to work in the clinics in the community setting.
