We encourage our staff to develop their knowledge through qualifications - all underwriters and claims handlers hold Cert CII as a minimum, with some going on to advanced studies.Based at Bristol Office although some UK travel may be required.

- To provide an accurate and efficient claims handling service to commercial insurance clients
- To liaise with clients, scheme insurers & account handlers from the first notification of claim to conclusion
- Be technically proficient in the products and industries we operate in

- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with colleagues, brokers and insurers
- Ability to construct effective written communications, including emails & letters
- Confident and effective telephone skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Keyboard skills
- Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to
- Ability to liaise with colleagues where appropriate
