The DXC group has embarked upon an exciting new strategy under the leadership of its CEO Mike Salvino. A key aspect of that strategy is to re-focus the company on its Platinum Accounts, achieve operational excellence on existing contracts and help our customers on their transformation, modernisation and digitisation journeys.

We are heavily investing in our Go-to-Market and Sales strategy, our service portfolios, Service Delivery Excellence as well as additionally in Account Based Marketing to create a positive position for DXC and Luxoft within the client's organisation. We are happy to create opportunities for young talented students and graduates to be part of a successful organisation from the very beginning of their career.

Being part of the program, you will spend the majority of your time with your mentor and the sales team to receive first-hand experience of sales and account management across all aspects dealing with large complex client relationships. You will be mentored by one of our senior sales professionals on a daily basis as well as receive numerous trainings supporting relevant learnings required to be successful in client facing roles in the future. By completing real life project tasks you will be able to see what kind of daily tasks are in front of client relationship managers and how to prioritise them to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Desired qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above to include maths and English or an equivalent qualification. A full level 3 qualification is desirable.

Future prospects

For the right candidate, this role will become a full-time permanent role following successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Things to consider

This role will involve remote working with occiasional requirement to visit the office.

40 hours with 10 hours training each week (training hours as per training programme or agreed with Luxoft mentor).
