What will the apprentice be doing?
You will work under the existing QA Analysts. Initially you will be shadowing QAs with the aim to learn the processes and terminology used to complete day-to-day testing tasks. Slowly, you will begin to perform tasks and responsibilities relational to the level of knowledge or skill you progress to.

- Performing tests using existing manual test cases.
- Update manual test cases.
- General QA tasks.
This apprenticeship will provide you with a Level 4 Software Tester apprenticeship standard with training in areas such as:
Software Development Fundamentals
Testing Tools (Part 1)
Testing Tools (Part 2)
Testing Concepts (Part 1)
Testing Concepts (Part 2)
Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full-time employment with MCM Solutions Ltd is potentially on offer once the apprenticeship is complete, but this is ultimately at the discretion of MCM Solutions Ltd so therefore rests with the employer.
