Job Details

Your role as a marketing executive will be to support Managing Director to develop and help deliver a solid and structured marketing plan. Expect this to be varied and very interesting role, in what is currently an incredibly fast growing business. Broadly speaking, our marketing activities span online and offline platforms, with a lean towards more online promotion. Responsibilities
  • Support the Managing Director to promote the services and reputation of Freedom Heat Pumps as the UKs No.1 Distributor of Heat Pumps To The Trade
  • Market research to be carried out on our customer base to ensure that we are providing the highest level of customer service and that our offering is line with the market's appetite
  • Maintain customer email distribution lists
  • Assist our external marketing company with proofing for copy writing, as well as providing high quality original content for posting to our social media outlets
  • Establish and provide updates to our marketing calendar to ensure consistent marketing engagement
  • Work with our website designers to track spend and conversion on SEO and PPC, to ensure that we are allocating resource in the correct area
  • Social Media Management of company accounts including LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Ensure that brand integrity and aesthetic is maintained with all marketing collateral and media engagement
  • Support positive PR coverage creating press releases and case studies
  • Take ownership for and organise all Freedom HP marketing assets and workwear
  • Help to organise events, exhibitions, seminars and webinars
  • Help design and place advertisements
  • Be the main point of contact for advertising companies / magazines and external printers
  • Help to develop internal communications
  • Deliver all marketing activity on time and within agreed budget (budget to be agreed with Managing Director)
  • Work closely with all divisions within the business, but most importantly account managers and technical presales to establish any new marketing requirements

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of Wix and Pipedrive would be great, but not essential
  • A good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Adwords would be great, but not essential
  • A Strong understanding of marketing strategies to meet company objectives using a variety of methods and techniques
  • Excellent copywriting skills

Personal qualities

  • Passionate about marketing
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desired qualifications

  • At least 1 A level or equivalent
  • GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and maths at grade C/4 or higher

Future prospects

  • Progression through to marketing manager with the view for a team to be built underneath
