Duties of the Graduate Office Coordinator:
*Being the first point of contact for all clients, customers and contractors
*Answering the main office line and diverting calls accordingly
*Ensuring the office runs smoothly including supply management
*Supporting the Lettings Manager
*General ad hoc admin, including reporting on these to management
*Delivering a 5 star service at all times

Package for the Graduate Office Coordinator:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6:00pm
Friday 9.30am - 7pm
This is a role centred round supporting the office and team, so the chosen Graduate Office Coordinator needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a support role, work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
