What will the apprentice be doing?
The Senior People Professional is responsible for coordinating and executing several processes across all areas of HR. This role supports the team through an efficient and effective management of systems, data and processes and proactively identifies initiatives that can enable business performance and engagement. You would be in charge of identifying people or process trends, suggesting improvements and ensuring that our actions align to the delivery of Form3's people strategy and Form3's organisational strategy.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This apprenticeship standard is set at level 7.
Option one: CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Managment.
Option two: CIPD Advanded Diploma in Organisational Learning Development.
Digital Interactive Webinars monthly training and support with set learning activities aligned to the core modules and specialisms within the standard.
Monthly coaching to guide the leaner to completion and support with learning projects.
Three way progress reviews - (Learner, Line Manager, Lead Trainer) every 12 weeks via Zoom and Teams.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you have finished with your training, you would be part of the our amazing People Team as a People Assistant.
