About the apprenticeship
You'll be fully trained and supported. Below is a summary of what you'll be doing:
Provide a professional and high level of customer service to the L & D Centre of Excellence team and the business.
Complete all administration duties within the L & D Centre of Excellence and co-ordinate training and Induction Programme activities for the business.
Complete administration duties and co-ordination activities relating to our Apprenticeship Programme.
Support the Head of L & D, L & D Consultant and the Manufacturing Training Lead with the preparation of training materials and training projects.
Manage the digital administration of SABA Learning Management System including reporting requests and updating attendance and co-ordinate the training request and evaluation process and manage L & D enquiries, escalating when required.
Any other administration and co-ordination activities as required by the Head of L & D, L & D Consultant and the Manufacturing Training Lead.

You will be fully supported via your Apprentice Support Bubble consisting of your manager (the Head of Learning & Development) and your workplace assessor.
We have a very friendly team here at Wockhardt and we can't wait to welcome new apprentices into our business.
WORKING HOURS: 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
BREAKS: 30 minutes for lunch.
HOLIDAYS: 25 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays.
Minimum age of 18 as of 6th September 2021, due to location
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
PC-literate and able to easily navigate Windows-based systems
Microsoft Office skills are desirable
Presentable, professional and customer-focussed
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Wants to learn and progress career in Learning & Development or Human Resources
Passion for learning
Hard-working and committed
Great time-keeping and attendance
Able to manage multiple tasks whilst remaining professional
Able to communicate effectively via telephone, email and face to face
High attention to detail
We have a good track record for taking on apprentices after they have completed their programme. There are lots of career paths available so we will always endeavour to reward those that perform with permanent positions for roles that are available at the time.
Good educational standard of numeracy and literacy (minimum C in Maths and English)
