Are you an enthusiastic and flexible Forensic Psychologist (or trainee psychologist in the last stages of training) looking for a part-time opportunity in a friendly team?

Join the team at Chadwick Lodge in Milton Keynes, which has a team of qualified and trainee psychologists who work with a range of presentations.

Chadwick Lodge is looking for a part-time qualified Senior Forensic or Clinical Psychologist. The post is 2.5 to 3 days per week and working primarily in the male secure pathway. It would suit a qualified, experienced Psychologist, who is looking for flexibility or part-time hours to complement their private practice.

* Psychologists in the latter stages of their training will be considered

To be successful in this role, you'll need
  • To be qualified and chartered (or charterable) as a Clinical or Forensic Psychologist and registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • A minimum of 2-4 years previous experience working as a qualified Psychologist
  • Experience of working in a forensic setting, ideally with personality disorder and major mental health difficulties. (Experience in the prison service and/or community forensic environment will be considered)
  • Knowledge and experience in risk assessment and management, psychological models and therapies. Consultancy and training skills
  • Previous experience leading and facilitating group work/therapies
