We have looking for a temporaryAdmin Assistantfor theNorthern General, Herries Rd, Sheffield S5 7AU, to support the HR Team.

Mon- Friday 8:30-5pm

This is a band 2 role paying £9.21 per hour.

Placement End date: 31/03/22

  • The successful candidate will be working with HR to recruit new workforce - Posting ads, screening, working candidates through rec process.
  • The workers must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Assist in the preparation of adverts, job descriptions/AFC bandings and person specifications
  • ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and the promotion of the Trust as an employer of choice
  • Assist the Recruitment Team to ensure the provision of an effective recruitment and selection
  • Provide a service for centralised recruitment programmes including bulk nursing and midwifery and apprenticeship programmes other areas may be developed as appropriate.
  • Attend recruitment open days and student information briefings where appropriate to promote the programmes and advise applicants on recruitment and selection processes.

Skills required:
  • Previous clerical experience or previous experience in a customer facing role
  • High level of accuracy when inputting electronic data.
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Working knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to work with web-based systems
  • Effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload

Ability to work co-operatively in a team with shared objectives
