Job Purpose
  • The Project Support assistant is an active member of the Central Outpatients Team whose role is to provide Administrative support on a number of projects across outpatients as a whole.
  • To work closely with the Outpatients Service Manager and e-Referrals Manager
  • Assist with a number of Transformation projects currently taking place within UHBW and provide assistance on any new projects that may start in the future
  • Work with the Central Outpatients team to provide support to existing processes and clinical systems in order to help the smooth running of outpatients across the trust
