We’ve got some exciting job positions available for Technical Help Desk Apprentices to join our team. Do you have excellent customer service skills, a passion for technology and the drive to help grow and support our team? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
You will be training to be the main point of contact for incoming Managed Service Customer enquiries
You will learn:
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Re-assigning, where necessary, customer enquiries to the relevant department
- Managing responses from the relevant departments to make sure the customer is happy
- Maintaining the “General” helpdesk ticket list
- Providing reports, when necessary, on Customer Service performance
- Any other reasonable tasks
Alongside your role, you will be studying towards a nationally-recognised Level 3 qualification. This will be delivered by Professional Apprenticeships via monthly classroom sessions and 1-1 tutor support.
