The Paediatric Epilepsy Team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Paediatric Epilepsy nurse to join our busy and dynamic team working across The James Cook University Hospital and Friarage Hospital.

We aim to enable and empower children, young people and their families to improve epilepsy management, long term health and wellbeing through education and knowledge.

You must be a skilled paediatric nurse with knowledge and experience of working with children and young people with epilepsy. We would expect the applicant to attend appropriate training such as the PBNA Paediatric Epilepsy Training Level 1-3.

The service provides complex care to patients with epilepsy within the hospital and community setting. You will also be involved in delivering structured education to our families and other agencies including schools, care providers and the local authority. We work closely with primary and other secondary care services to provide integrated care for our patients.
