This is an entry level position in the kitchen so no experience is needed! We recognise and celebrate the importance of great chefs in helping the kitchen run smoothly and ensure our guests leave happy.
Liaising with the Head Chef to assist with the provision of meals for the main catering services, buffets and functions as required. To undertake the planning and development of menus, placing orders and maintaining specified standards of food handling and storage procedures.
Your main duties will involve:
- To deliver great food & service to the customers and visitors to the restaurant.
- To work with the catering team to ensure all service promises are properly delivered on time and to a high standard.
