- Completion of product, health and safety, practical and soft skills training courses specific to the role
- Familarisation to company policies and procedures to be adhered to
- Learning about various trades and built sequences
- Monitoring and health and safety standards
Day release to complete HNC in Construction at a local collegeWhat is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Up on completion of the programme, we would expect the candidate to be Assistant Site Manager ready, after further experience within this role leading into a Site Managers position
