At William H Brown, you will be working towards a Customer Service level 2 apprenticeship, alongside your job role.
Your daily responsibilities will be;
Running a tout database for four offices.
Marketing for the four offices in regards to branch profile and ordering marketing materials.
Giving out leaflets to promote activity.
Booking inspections for properties.
Chasing rent arrears via email, telephone and letters.
Completing viewings with the public at properties.
Selling insurance to property buyers.
Creating files and executing contracts.
Please note that this role requires you to hold a full and current driving licence with a car.
