Here at althaus, we see the bigger picture and are passionate about transforming our learners into leaders; working to develop your emotional intelligence, reasoning, problem solving and creativity skills, as well as equipping you with the IT & digital technical know-how required to succeed in your new role.
Commencing in September 2021, we are delivering a series of 12-week Digital Skills Boot Camps (in partnership with employers across Derby, Lincoln, Leicester, Rutland and Nottingham) to provide eligible candidates with a truly unique learning experience and employment opportunity to either kick off their new careers in digital marketing or IT or take their existing careers to the next level! Through a combination of live learning, one-on-one mentorship and on-demand content, our expert instructors will support you to develop a broad range of in-demand skills across either IT Solutions or Digital Marketing. You will complete a relevant work placement as part of this programme, with the added guarantee of a job interview and/or further professional development opportunity at the end.

Social Media Digital Marketing Bootcamp

Things to Consider
In addition to applying for a place on althaus’ 12-week Digital Skills Bootcamp commencing in September 2021, you are also applying to hold a position in althaus’s Talent Pool, from which we will retrospectively match you with a suitable employer as part of your work placement and hopeful progression into employment.
10-30 per week - Placement can work around your commitments.
