The role of the applicant will be expected to work as part of a Traffic Team to receive phone call enquiries from new and existing customers relating to haulage (HGV) collections and deliveries throughout the UK. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

£6.00 per hour working a 37.5-hour week - £975 pcm paid on the last working day of each month
Monday – Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (With 30 mins meal breaks each day)

The candidate will work along side the Transport Manager on a daily basis, assisting with admin duties, contacting drivers, updating spreadsheets, emailing customers and updating delivery and collection times and any other duties that are required to run a successful Transport Department
Requirements and prospects:

4 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including maths and English, but not essential.
What does the Apprenticeship Cover?
During this course, you will complete training and activities to cover the 12 modules below. These are completed through workbooks, practical sessions and observations and have been designed to meet the Business Administrators standard as well as the Highfield Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrators.

The Apprenticeship will last 15 months. After 12 Months, learners will be entered into their End Point Assessment. At this stage you will submit your portfolio, complete a multiple-choice online exam, participate in a portfolio-based interview and deliver a project presentation.
