What will the apprentice be doing?
The CPD Group fully and strongly believes that learning should be a life-long process & that no matter where in the world a person is based they should have easy access to professionally accredited Corporate Professional Development (CPD) for the benefit of themselves, their employer and for those who they learn from and with.
Your duties would include:
Assisting in finding prospects/leads
Building strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities to up and cross sell
After sales support
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You'll receive award winning accredited training from Mercuri International and will work towards the Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard. You will receive comprehensive in house training from our senior management team and will have access to other sales account executive apprentices in the business to learn from too.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We really value our people and pride ourselves on how we bring in raw talent and train them to high standards. We see this as a positive investment for growth and expect permanent posts to be offered on completion.
