Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • To support the operational delivery of care services by effectively supporting the recruitment of care workers across multiple locations.

Key Tasks:

  • To be involved in the recruitment of staff, working with the Regional Recruitment Co-ordinator to identify recruitment needs, facilitate and manage the recruitment process..
  • To undertake interviews of potential candidates ensuring that the Company’s Procedures and regulatory requirements are properly followed.
  • To make sure that DBS applications and reference requests and receipts are completed in a timely manner.
