Duties/main responsibilties include:

  • First line for incoming support by telephone and email
  • Making outgoing calls
  • Provide Technical Assistance to IT support Technician
  • Managing Returns for products including Quality Assurance Testing and repairing devices
  • Arranging returns to suppliers and keeping track of what’s fixed / returned
  • Creating quotes and opportunities for costs incurred on returns
  • Test Hardware Products internally and externally
  • Manage Stock Control ensuing good stock levels
  • Packing and Dispatching orders
  • Training customers on products and services
  • Ensure customers are happy with products and services received
  • Maintain clean, tidy and safe office and welfare facilities at all times
