What will the apprentice be doing?
Your main duties will be ensuring health and safety checks are carried out, arranging servicing of equipment, carrying out risk assessments, assisting with internal audits of processes, ensuring policies are up to date and signed and to contribute to the administrative organisation of Compliance projects. You will also assist with customer GDPR audits and answer calls from customers with Virtual DPO service, carry out initial triage and escalate to GDPR consultant.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will achieve a Regulatory compliance officer, Level 4 (Higher national certificate) Apprenticeship and progress to the next level of qualification if desired.
You will gain a Regulatory compliance officer, Level 4 (Higher national certificate) qualification.
This will be delivered in the workplace in conjunction with your assessor coach and our training partner Northern Training Academy
You will receive monthly visits from your coach and have ongoing support.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are hoping that the apprentice will remain working for AzteQ after successful completion of apprenticeship as a compliance officer, managing internal compliance. There is also the option to train as a GDPR consultant.
