Important Information:
- Provide second line support to clients that use our Civica Experience SaaS solution
- Work in a collaborative manner with Database Services colleagues and members of other teams that provide first-line support
- Manage a variety of database jobs using Access, SQL server, Excel and other tools available
- Assist with database and form builds and the uploading of data for new customers
- To learn and, ultimately, be able to execute autonomously all Database Services processes required of the role
- Manipulate, clean, manage, configure and upload data for various customers and jobs
- Problem-solve, investigate and troubleshoot issues and collaborate on finding solutions
- Communicate effectively with other team members and give updates on current jobs, tasks, projects and issues.
- Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks using our case management system
- Help identify things that can be improved - recommend and support changes to make our solutions the best they can be
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the business unit's products and services
- Comply with our quality and data protection procedures

Desired qualifications
Entry Level Requirements:
The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4(A*-C) in any subject
- GCSE maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
Experience (if the learner can't meet the qualification requirements):
- Those working in a role (for at least 6 months) where data is used on a regular basis and able to demonstrate working towards Level 2 in maths and English
