What will the apprentice be doing?
Your main duties will include speaking to new and existing customers over the telephone, find out what telecom challenges they face and then suggest a solution from our menu of services that will meet their needs. You will receive structured training and coaching that will enable you to identify sale opportunities and lead achievements for Cloud, Data, Systems and Mobiles booking appointments for our Desk or Field Sales team members.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Candidates will be completing a Sales Executive L4 apprenticeship programme. Training will be provided by the apprenticeship college a fun and dynamic training provider. Training will be delivered via workshops, theatre based learning and masterclasses.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There will be an opportunity to go into a more permenant role once the apprenticeship training is complete
