What will the apprentice be doing?

The Successful candidate will work within a supportive team structure, reporting and working under the direction of relevant team leaders.
You will take ownership of and work on varying programmes or projects to deliver our learning offer to the department as well as:

- Building and implementing communications plans
- Evaluating learning offerings and making evidence based recommendations

- Overseeing and executing administrative tasks

- Arrange and support delivery of management development

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful applicant will study towards the L5 Human Resources apprenticeship. Training willl normally be delivered in the workplace.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
