What will the apprentice be doing?
The successful candidate willbe required to safeguard our commercial position, whilst developing an understanding of contractual, commercial, and legal processes relating to contracts.
QS monitor & analyse the cost/time performance of the works being carried out on site, prepare Applications for Payment, negotiate with Clients, deal with contracts & matters of contract law. QS are responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of projects.

Training to be Provided:
Quantity Surveying, BSc (Hons) - Degree Apprenticeship delivered by UCLan
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
