What exactly does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant do?

From the get-go here at Amicus you will be supported in your career. You will be enrolled onto our 3-month training programme where we teach you all the skills you need to find your feet in the industry.

But worry not, even after that initial 3-month period you will be supported until you are fully confident in the role, every day is a school day and even the most experienced recruiters still have questions to ask!

When you work in recruitment no two days are ever the same... In fact, it would be boring if they were! With 360 Recruitment you can experience the exhilarating thrills of chasing leads, winning clients, and taking on jobs. Alongside the rewarding part of finding amazing candidates and placing them in their dream roles. From then on, the world is your oyster! The more jobs you take on and candidates you place the more rewards and progression you can get within your own career!

Salary, Reward and Recognition within the role

  • Basic Salary of £20,000 rising to £23,000 once you become a qualified consultant
  • A realistic OTE of £30,000 - £35,000 within your first year of the business of course this can be beaten if you work hard enough!
