Duties will include:

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and operational heads
  • Support in ensuring that all areas of the business are running smoothly
  • Produce some written reports for clients detailing support offered during the month
  • Making and receiving telephone calls, and dealing with appropriate email/telephone enquiries
  • Attend, draft agenda and minute departmental and external client meetings where requested
  • Meet and greet clients and customers.
  • File creation and accurate record keeping
  • Manage the diaries of identified staff members
  • Keep log of internal processes

Desired skills

  • Some prior experience in handling in bound calls
  • Some prior experience of office/administrative work
  • Highly organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • IT competent, particularly with reference to the use of Word and Excel

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE C/4 or above in English and maths

Future prospects

  • Formal academic progress - If applicable the candidate will be offered the opportunity to continue their employment with us and complete a level four qualification (in a related area)
  • Employment opportunities - upon successful completion of the apprenticeship the candidate will be offered further employment with TheTechTeam in a continued Executive Assistant role or indeed side step into an administration lead role within a different area of the business
