Due to expansion within Cameron Kennedy - a specialist financial recruitment consultancy, there is now a great opportunity for a target driven individual to work within the headhunting talent acquisition team who work on finding talent for client's in London and internationally.
The role is diverse, involving communication with candidates throughout financial markets and working closely with consultants and the marketing team, to seek out candidates for roles in which you are headhunting for. The initial role will include proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates using online and offline sourcing techniques but "state of the art" recruitment technology systems. This also means using your communication skills of conveying opportunities to candidates, determining their suitability, assisting in the candidate briefing and interview process on behalf of blue chip clients within the financial services and fintech industries. You will also be sourcing business intelligence as well as acting as an ambassador for Cameron Kennedy's clients. Skills and experience needed:
• You will ideally have gained experience either during or after graduation within a target driven environment.
• Ambitious, driven and competitive.
• Hard working and tenacious.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate.
• Financially motivated
