Job Details

We are looking for an individual who is reliable and punctual with a high level of customer care with in house training to be provided. Your job location might change throughout the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering telephone queries.

- Answering meet and greet service users and professionals.

- Dealing with a wide range of queries and directing them to the most appropriate staff and services.

We are looking for someone who is naturally caring and can show the compassion that our patients deserve. The right person will be able to actively listen to and question our patients' need to effectively find solutions in a timely manner.

AT ELFT you will be studying towards an NHS Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship L2 Standard over the course of 15 months.
