Graduate Customer Account Co-Ordinator Job Overview

In this role you will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the business from both potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for handling these enquiries (both telephone and email) , providing customers with additional information as required and escalating queries to other departments where necessary.

Duties will include;

  • Setting up customer accounts and payments
  • Investigate discrepancies within customer accounts and financial queries
  • Following processes and procedures to ensure accurate records are kept
  • Working as part of a team to achieve company goals
  • Resolving problems, suggesting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction is always achieved
  • Ensuring customer details are kept up to date on the central database
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any complaints both via email and telephone
  • Producing customer statements and generating reports (Microsoft Excel)
  • Producing management information and basic reports
  • Basic finance duties
  • General administrative duties

Graduate Customer Account Co-Ordinator Skills & Experience Required

  • A business related degree is an advantage (eg Business Management, Economics etc)
  • Previous office based experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Confident user of Excel for recording information and producing reports
  • Confident formatting Excel documents
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Office based administrative and customer service experience
