At Sanctuary Housing you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
The role of Apprentice - Customer Service will include:
- Working on reception and answer-ing/diverting calls in a professional man-ner
- Dealing with resident enquiries
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Managing repair requests
- General administration duties
- Organising, filing, processing, and managing correspondence
