Key Responsibilities: We have put together multiple projects that will help you see the end-to-end supply chain at Charlotte Tilbury from our consumers right the way back to our suppliers. On completion of these projects you will have a good understanding of the supply chain function; the principles of Planning, collaboratively working with multiple Stakeholders within the business (New Product Development, Finance, Sales and Operations) and external suppliers. You will also gain a deep understanding in handling data and working with different ERP systems.
  • Suppy Chain Planning:Be part of a team and create global supply plans to ensure stock is procured and allocated across the network in an efficient manner. Building strong relationships with third party suppliers to ensure that critical product shortages are resolved and lead-times are kept to
  • You will be working with the New Product Development (NDP) team and be part of the process in witnessing and ensuring how new products land on shelves
  • Master Data: Work with our global master data team to build and maintain robust Excel tools to reduce or eliminate manual inputs from key supply chain processes such as internal orders, order status communication to store and customers. Investigating new technological solutions to CT operational challenges (eg replacing Excel for packaging waste reporting)
  • Project - You will be working with Senior Stakeholders within your function to identify, build and run a project; which will aim to improve current processes within the business and drive real change
