What will the apprentice be doing?
The associate project manager will oversee all aspects of Teenworld CIC services. They will foster relationships with a variety of organisation including education, sport and social services.As an associate you will be working with a team of people, to ensure that all events are thoroughly planed and executed to the highest standard.
An average day will include:
1. Supervision of new staff
2. Booking venues
3. Researching funding opportunities.
4. Overseeing running costs.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices will attend college 1 day a week and work towards a Level 4 CertHE Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship - Associate Project Manager.
As a apprentice, you may become a student member of the Association for Project Management (APM) as the first step of professional membership. Apprentices will be eligible to achieve associate membership upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once qualified at Level 4, apprentices can progress to further enhance their professional training by undertaking a degree level apprenticeship.
